Service Description
Tapered Wood & Metal Earrings (2-Part Class) Create timeless tapered wood earrings using the bandsaw and a taper jig, then finish them with beautifully handmade hardware in either sterling silver or spent bullet-casing brass. Students will learn precise cutting techniques in wood during Part One, followed by metalworking and assembly in Part Two, resulting in elegant, wearable pieces customized to your personal style. Each student will complete at least one finished pair of earrings, with the option to make up to two pairs, depending on design choices and working speed. You’ll go home with lightweight, comfortable earrings that effortlessly elevate any look. Please note: This is a two-part class Part One: Wood selection, layout, and cutting tapered forms Part Two: Metal hardware fabrication, shaping and final assembly Materials fee: $15 (includes wood, metal, and earring findings) No prior experience is required. Instruction is paced to support both beginners and returning students.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund, and Credit Policy We offer a full refund in the following circumstances: *Family or medical emergencies *Cancellations made at least three (3) weeks before the scheduled class date *Registrations made in error, provided we are notified within 24 hours of booking In most other cases, we offer a credit toward a future class, provided the instructor is notified at least forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the class. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start of the class. If a class is canceled by the instructor or Lacey Spray LLC due to illness, emergency, low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future class, at the participant’s choice.
